1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ibayar website accessible at https://ibayar.one together with all services, games and functions within it.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with ibayar and accepted these terms.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal record containing profile information, transaction history and fund balance.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account for use in placing bets or playing games.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or credits granted by ibayar to members based on ongoing promotions.
• "Wagering requirement" refers to the amount a member must wager before bonus funds can be converted into a withdrawable balance.

Use of the terms "we", "ibayar" or "platform" refers to the ibayar operator. Use of "you" or "member" refers to a registered user of this platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use ibayar services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not have an existing ibayar account, whether active or suspended.
• Understand that online gambling may be subject to your local laws, and you are responsible for complying with those laws.

ibayar reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and the balance within will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

When registering an ibayar account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, identification card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with any party.
• Notify ibayar immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not register more than one account. Only one account is permitted per individual, home address or IP address.

ibayar reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ibayar supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia:

• FPX Online Banking
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrencies: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum amount for deposits and withdrawals is RM50 for all payment methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours once the request has been approved.

ibayar reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for security or compliance review purposes. You may be required to provide proof of ownership of the payment method before a withdrawal is approved.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ibayar offers various bonuses to members, subject to the specified conditions:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus of up to RM300 on their first deposit. Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, members must complete a wagering requirement of 15 times the value of the bonus received.

As a calculation example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, making your balance RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.

• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on the ibayar platform.
• Each member is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• ibayar reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of promotion abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

The ibayar VIP programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the ibayar platform, including online slots, live dealer casino, sports betting and fast games, must be played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers.

• Game results produced by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, unresolved bets may be cancelled and funds returned to the account balance.
• ibayar reserves the right to cancel bets placed using incorrect information or odds resulting from a technical error.
• The use of automated software, bots or other methods to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.

7 Member Conduct

ibayar members are expected to interact with the platform and other members in a responsible and respectful manner. The following are prohibited:

• Registering or using an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or abuse promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ibayar systems or databases.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ibayar to other parties.

Any member found doing the above will face immediate action, including account closure without notice and forfeiture of all balances.

8 Data Security

ibayar takes member personal data protection seriously. All information collected during registration and use of the platform is protected using industry-standard encryption technology.

Your data is used only for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements.
• Processing financial transactions.
• Sending customer service communications.
• Improving the user experience on the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ibayar reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the specified period.
• Signs of account use by an underage individual.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Account closure request by the member for responsible gambling reasons.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ibayar customer support team via live chat or email. Valid funds in the account (excluding bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements) will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.

10 Limitation of Liability

ibayar will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical infrastructure failures beyond ibayar's control.
• Processing failures or delays caused by third parties, including payment providers.
• A member's personal decisions in placing bets or playing games.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own failure to maintain security.

In all circumstances, ibayar's liability to a member is limited to the available balance in the member's account at the time the claim is made, and excludes any indirect or consequential losses.

11 Responsible Gambling

ibayar is committed to responsible gambling. We encourage all members to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

Self-control tools we provide include:

• Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion upon member request.
• Session time limits.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the ibayar operator under our international licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through the channels established by the relevant authority.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
